Key results: - Created a reporting suite for finance department that made live data readily available.
- The same data was previously only available as a static data set that was created once a month by two managers and a director over the course of 3 days each month. At the company's average rate of $50/hour for internal employees, this one reporting suite saved $3,600 a month ($43,200 a year).
- Created a dahboard for analysis group using benchmarked data that was delivered to external customers
- The same data had previously been the sole responsibility of one full time manager. This dashboard enabled the manager to take on new projects and responsibilities while still having the benchmark reports available for customer use. At the company's average rate of $50/hour for internal employees, this one dashboard saved $102,000 a year.
- Designed multi-dimensional SQL database structures for numerous projects using common dimensions within a singular data warehouse environment.
- Created OLAP cubes in SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 & 2008 for company wide use. The data being compared in the cubes had never been available together in the same application previously.

- Streamlined a process (previously requiring 40+ contractors) to be effectively completed by a team of 4 full time employees. At an average rate of $65/hour for contracted resources and $50/hour for internal, this saved the company $19,200/day ($2,448,000 over the remaining 6 month period of project).
- Managed data flow and facilitated successful completion schedules for highly critical data management project.
- Researched, developed, and established internal application for multiple customer item masters and accounts purchasing data which reported purchasing price discrepancies, errors within contracting matrix, item master integrity, unrecognized vendors and products, and side by side comparisons of each customer. Functionality of this application beneficially affected multiple departments, improved recognition rates of vendors, products, and contracts, and led to increased savings and revenue.
- Advised as subject matter expert and helped direct large scale proprietary software development which was implemented for all customer cleansing and maintenance groups within company.
